Course Terms and Conditions

Alternative A: Immediate Delivery Courses

Course Access
Upon successful payment completion, customers receive immediate and complete access to all course materials, including video content, downloadable resources, worksheets, and supplementary materials. The entire course content is made available instantly upon purchase confirmation.

Refund Policy & Cancellation Rights
Due to the digital nature of these courses and the immediate delivery of all course content upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

As customers receive complete and immediate access to the full course content upon purchase, there is no cancellation period available. The standard consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately upon purchase with the customer's express consent.

Customer Acknowledgment for Immediate Delivery Courses
By purchasing an immediate delivery course, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the digital course content will be delivered immediately and in full
• You waive any right to cancel or request a refund
• You have read and agree to this no-refund policy
• All sales are final and non-refundable

Alternative B: Standard Online Courses

Course Access
Standard courses provide progressive access to content according to the course schedule or structure. Course materials are released according to the designated timeline or learning path.

Refund Policy, Conditions & Process
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund if:

• You are not satisfied with the course content
• The course does not meet your expectations as described
• You experience technical issues that prevent access to the course

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 14 days of purchase
• You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
• You must not have downloaded any of the course materials
• Request must be submitted through our official refund request process

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after the specified refund period
• Courses that have been substantially completed
• Violation of our terms of use or course policies
• Chargebacks or disputed payments

General Terms (Applicable to Both Course Types A & B)

Technical Support
We provide technical support to ensure you can access your purchased course materials. Please contact our support team if you experience any difficulties accessing your content.

Course Content and Updates

• Course content is subject to updates and improvements
• Access to courses is typically provided for 6 months to 1 year.
• We reserve the right to modify course content to maintain relevance and quality.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share login credentials with others
• Redistribute or resell course content
• Use course materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to download or copy protected content beyond personal use

Card Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partner Stripe. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (secure sockets layer) and provide 100% security. Card purchases are free of charge.

Partial Payment

A purchase made by instalment, in writing, is considered binding and must be paid in full before the deadline. Any instalment not paid by the agreed deadline will result in the outstanding amount being sent for collection.

Invoicing

We offer invoicing to companies that order 10 courses or more at the same time. To pay by invoice, the company must be registered in Sweden and be creditworthy. A credit check is carried out before the purchase. The invoice has 10-day payment terms and is sent by e-mail. In case of late payment, the invoice will be sent to debt collection and late fees will be charged as described on the invoice.

Sales to Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have the authorization of their legal guardian before placing an order.

Copyright on the Course Portals

Copyright in the course portals, all content, and web pages belong to Psychological Forum Sweden AB. All rights are protected under copyright law. It is strictly forbidden to copy, distribute, publish, or use any of the material in the course or contained on the web pages or course portal Psychological Forum Sweden AB without permission. You are purchasing access to the portal content during the course period. Company products are protected by copyright.

The products are authorized for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the products, texts, exercises, or other materials included in the course in a way that infringes our rights or is otherwise not authorized by the Company. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, download, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute in any way, in whole or in part, the Course Materials or transmit by email or post on any social media or digital platform. Duplicating, sharing, or downloading product files for sharing is tantamount to stealing and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, you may download and/or download and print copies of materials in the course for personal, non-commercial use provided that all copyright and other intellectual property rights are respected. The firm offers course programs to individuals.

Personal Use

Upon registration, you will receive a username and password and a member profile for use during the course in your private member portal. It is a breach of this agreement to disclose the login and password to third parties. If you wish to take the course with a colleague or group, each individual must purchase a course license.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy, and we insist that you respect the privacy of other participants of the course. Therefore, this is a mutual agreement of confidentiality of anything shared by the course leader or participants on Zoom, Facebook, Telegram or through other channels. We respect your confidential and privileged information, ideas, plans and trade secrets you may share by purchasing the course, and you agree and respect the same rights of the course participants and representatives of the Company. You are free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, any experience and statement, oral and written, from any participant or the Company team must be kept strictly confidential.

Security of Your Order

We use SSL (secure socket layer), which means that all orders are encrypted, i.e. completely secure. We guarantee that we never send your personal data or e-mail addresses to third parties, unless there are special reasons. For example, the police or similar public representatives to whom we are obliged to provide information. You have the right to access all information we have registered about you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction and removal from our customer register.

Limitation of Liability

We disclaim any financial claims that may be associated with any of our web pages, videos, newsletters, course portal, or other content. We have made every effort to ensure that the content is of high quality.

By purchasing a course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your experience of the course, your results, progress, and participation in the course. We offer no guarantees on how you experience the course content, exercises, or the results you achieve. You are responsible for your words, thoughts, and actions, and your results and experience of the course are dependent on your individual factors including your skills, knowledge, personal commitment, completion of the exercises, mental health, life attitude, and financial situation to name a few.

Cancellation of the Course

The company reserves the right to cancel the course for reasons beyond our control. Course participants will have the opportunity to participate at a later date, unless due to force majeure; in such cases, no refund will be given.

Limitation and Liability

By purchasing this product, you agree that you are using the Company's services at your own risk and that the program is an information service. You release the Company and its employees from liability for any damages that may occur and for any claims that may arise in connection with the agreement between the parties. You accept all possible risks, foreseeable and unforeseen.

Non-Public Disparagement

Should a dispute arise between you and the Company, or should you disagree with the content of the Course, you agree that the only arena for resolving such dispute is through communication between you and the Company. You agree that you will not participate in any communication between third parties, public or private, that seeks to publicly disparage the Company or Maria Sandgren.

The Contract

This agreement is non-transferable by either party.

Termination By purchasing this product, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate the Customer's participation in the Programme without refund of the course fee, if the Customer causes damage to the Company or (insert your name) or other course participants. This also applies in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Resolution of Disputes

If a dispute is not resolved after negotiation between the parties, any disagreement or dispute in connection with this agreement shall be referred to the appropriate judicial authority.

These terms are effective immediately upon purchase and form part of our complete Terms and Conditions. Course type (immediate delivery or standard) will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
